I didnt see my side yard pics and it was a day late. Overall, was fair.

Showed up a day late with out a call or text or message. Then got attitude when asked when they would arrive.

The yard looks nice. I do wish that the concrete had been cleaned up a little more. There is a lot of grass clippings all over the patio and walkway. Otherwise it was good.

The grass on the cement surfaces was not blown and instead left there. We are now having to take care of it. He even submitted a photo with evidence of this. I released payment just because time and effort were taken to cut the grass but, a better job could have been performed.

Joseph did a fantastic job with the lawn. I found him to be very professional: He introduced himself on the portal and kept in communication throughout the entire process. He did come a day early, but it wasn't a problem and the lawn looks nicer that much faster :-). I would use him again.
