This job was scheduled for 07.15.2017 Saturday. Instead it was done on 07.13.2017 Thursday. This is not what we wanted. This is the first time a contractor has knocked on the door and rang the door bell disturbing the residents. Please do not disturb the residents.

Yard was mowed, I guess. In my many experiences with past contractors, my request that the retention wall be cut was met. Not this time. The gate was left unlocked. (Also put a request in the notes.) I even left the max bonus! The pinwheel and alarm sign were left in broken pieces. Frustrating.
