I have used this service several times in the past and never had an issue until now. Contractor was paid to mow and trim front and back yard. They mowed the front yard, then claimed the back gate was locked (lock is hanging there and not through latch). A simple call or text could have cleared it up, yet they just glanced at it then left. The contractor then requested a $15 dollar tip in order to return, I paid said $15 and it's now been 3 days since and no word. I'm now $50 dollars into a front yard mow that takes a total of 15 minutes. I will be going with a different company next time.

Missed a area between my neighbor and my property.

Contractor contacted to mow the following day from request. Did not make that scheduled day and did not reply to message as to why. Did get yard mowed two days later instead of the one day late we agreed to.

Wished I would have known bagging the trimmings was an additional cost. Otherwise, they did a nice job and did additional work by removing branches in my backyard!
