Our online estimator uses information from public tax records to automatically
determine the size of your yard. We do not adjust the price due to
pools, detached garages or other large obstructions. While these
items do sometimes occupy a large portion of the yard so there is less
grass to mow, they become obstacles that require more careful trimming
and more maneuvering to mow around.
