provided we will send another mower out immediately at no charge.
We also guarantee next day service: if a mower does not mow on the
scheduled date the order will be cancelled upon notification from the
customer and a full refund will be sent no questions asked.
If there is a problem with service we would appreciate being informed as
soon as possible. If the issue involves something that can be
photographed we would greatly appreciate any photos you could provide.
This is because our mowers take several photos of every property they
mow and it would be helpful to compare the photos provided by the mower
to the photos provided by the customer. If the mower is providing
false or misleading photographs of the properties being mowed then we
need to know immediately so the mower may be dismissed.
