How We Handle Gates And Pets
 
If you have a locked gate please put the combination or key location in
the "Message to the Mower" area of the order page.
While this information will only be given to our mowers we still advise
changing the combination or key location after we mow.
 
We love dogs and will be careful to shut any gates we
open, but we still advise that you look over your property after we're
done to ensure gates are shut and there is no debris left
behind after mowing.
  Some customers ask that we call before arriving so they may bring in
their pets or for other requests. While not advised, you may put your contact
information in the "Message to the Mower" area on the order page and the
mower might contact you before they
mow, however that is not guaranteed and the
preferred method is to keep dogs indoors on the date mowing is
scheduled. If we arrive and dogs are outside we will take photos
and knock on the door. If there is no response we will not mow and
there will be a $10 trip fee.
