Since this is not a subscription service we usually don't have customers
placing an order for the near future and then canceling but if you do
need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.
What ends up happening more frequently is the job is simply not accepted
by any of our available mowers. As independent contractors the
mowers pick and choose the dates they would like to mow. The
further away the property is from a major city the fewer mowers we
usually have and on rare occassions
none of them will be available for the date selected.
When this happens we notify the customer of the situation and attempt to
find a new mower the following day or offer a refund. We also try
and hire more mowers for that area and we're working on providing
customers with more information about the number of mowers we have in
specific zip codes so customers can make a more informed decision before
ordering.
